Your meal plan will be sent to you via email. It will outline a shopping list, your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options! All you have to do is pick your favourite meals from your meal plan!

Yes!
We can do a variety of eating preferences:

  • Vegan/Veg
  • Pescatarian
  • Dairy Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Flexitarian (some meat some Veg)

If you have specific eating restrictions or serious allergies please reach out and we can work out a meal plan that is best for you and your body!

How are your meal plans laid out? Are they super strict? Can I dine out?

We want you to LOVE your meal plans, but more importantly, we want this to be a SUSTAINABLE Change!! Instead creating a meal plan that is super restrictive and regimented, we all your meals have PRECALCULATED Macronutrients & Portion sizes and then are categorized so that you can choose to eat a meal you feel like eating!

The 3 Categories are:

  1. Lean Meals  – Eat Anytime
  2. Lean Refuels – Eat after a workout
  3. Lean Snacks—Eat Between Meals

Throughout the course of your lean journey you will LEARN how to build your own lean meals so that this turns into a LIFESTYLE

You can certainly dine out and we can help you with that!

Can I drink alcohol while on a meal plan?

Can I drink alcohol while on a meal plan?

Yes and No

We want you to ENJOY yourself and we encourage you to have Whoopsies (an unhealthy food or drink) every once in a while, and do so GUILT FREE! So YES, you can have alcohol while on your Lean Journey.

BUT… Keep in mind that alcohol drastically slows down your metabolism which means that you will not burn fat and build lean muscle as quickly. 

We suggest that you try and avoid alcohol for the first two weeks and see how you FEEL!! This will have your body firing on all cylinders! Then you can slowly re-introduce Whoopsies!

As stated above, we want this eating style to be sustainable which is why we don’t subscribe to the Keto Method! Your meal plans WILL have CARBOHYDRATES and you will feel satiated and full! We provide a macro breakdown according to your body and goals but ensure that you are eating tasty and whole foods!

Yes!

All of our meal plans use regular ingredients that can be found at most grocery stores. We know that you are busy, so we have created meals that are easy to make, tasty and super nutritious! Healthy DOES NOT have to be BORING and we want you loving the foods you eat!!
